Recurring Drone Programs for South Texas Work Sites
South Texas Working Drone Solutions sets up recurring aerial programs for the people who run real work sites: construction progress, property inspections, roofing volume, ranch land documentation and daytime industrial thermal imaging. Every visit is captured the same way, so you can compare month to month.
Why STWDS
Site discipline. Founder Jimmie Hill spent about 12 years in offshore drilling and 10+ years in chemical plant operations. STWDS works by your site rules, permits, JSAs and safety briefings.
Real aviation training. Flights are planned around airspace, weather and aircraft limits, with FAA authorization before flying in controlled airspace. The founder is a licensed private pilot and FAA Part 107 remote pilot.
Port and plant ready paperwork. The founder holds a TWIC card for port and maritime facilities. If a site requires an NDAA-compliant aircraft, tell us at the quote stage and we will confirm whether one can be arranged before any date is set.
Programs, not one-offs. The same shots from the same positions every visit, so changes are easy to see.
Recurring programs
Monthly Construction Progress (aerial + 360): a progress map, fixed-position photos, video and ground-level 360 on a set schedule.
Quarterly Property Manager Inspections: roof and exterior documentation every quarter, plus post-storm property documentation (outside any TFR) as a quoted add-on.
Ranch Land Documentation Retainer: scheduled imagery and mapping of fences, roads, water, pasture and improvements. Land and improvement documentation only.
Roofer Volume Program: roof reports on a standing account.
Annual Industrial Thermal Program: daytime thermal imaging, observation only, with anomalies flagged for a qualified professional to confirm. Electrical equipment is imaged from at least 50 ft away (100 ft for transmission lines).
Single visits
Roof & Storm Inspections · Thermal Imaging · Documentation Mapping · Aerial Photo & Video · 360 Walkthroughs
A single visit is a good first step and sets the baseline for a program.
How We Deliver
1. Scope: we agree on what's captured, where, how often, and what you receive.
2. Plan: airspace, weather, written owner consent and your site rules, checked before every visit.
3. Capture: the same positions and settings each visit, under STWDS safety and capture standards.
4. Deliver: imagery is reviewed before delivery and shared only with you.
Jimmie uses up-to-date systems and software to deliver consistent work and deliverables to every client.
