STWDS is built around recurring programs: monthly, quarterly or annual visits captured the same way each time. Single jobs are welcome too, and a single job can be the first visit of a program. STWDS is a new company, so we start with a conversation or a site walk, and any flight date is set in writing with the quote.

Roof & Storm Inspections: geotagged roof photos and a plain-English report of what the imagery shows, plus post-storm property documentation (outside any TFR).

Thermal Imaging: daytime thermal imaging for solar and industrial sites. Observation only; anomalies flagged for a qualified professional to confirm.

Mapping & Construction Progress: documentation-grade maps and scheduled progress records. Not a survey.

Aerial Photo & Video: real estate, land and ranch aerials.

360 Walkthroughs: ground-level 360 capture for listings, job sites and construction.

Who does the work

Every STWDS flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 remote pilot under the company's safety and capture standards. Founder Jimmie Hill, a licensed private pilot with about 12 years in offshore drilling and 10+ years in chemical plant operations, sets those standards. Your site rules, permits, JSAs and safety briefings come first.
