360 Walkthroughs for Listings, Job Sites and Construction

A 360 walkthrough lets people look around a space as if they were standing in it. It's useful for listings, for remote owners checking a job site, and for keeping a room-by-room record of construction before the walls close up. STWDS captures 360 walkthroughs at ground level with a 360 camera.

How it works
1. Quote: property or site, rooms or areas, and whether you want aerials too.
2. Prep: for homes, clear personal items. For job sites, STWDS attends your site orientation and wears the PPE you require.
3. Capture: the agreed points, plus a drone flight if bundled.
4. Deliver: reviewed before delivery and shared only with you.
Who does the work
Every STWDS flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 remote pilot under the company's safety and capture standards. Founder Jimmie Hill, a licensed private pilot with about 12 years in offshore drilling and 10+ years in chemical plant operations, sets those standards. Your site rules, permits, JSAs and safety briefings come first.
Is this a floor plan or measurements?
No. It's a visual walkthrough. Measured floor plans are not included.
Who can see it?
Imagery is reviewed before delivery and shared only with you. Nothing is posted publicly without your written consent. Anyone you share the link with can pass it on.
Can you do it the same day as the aerials?
Yes. That's the bundle.
