Drone Mapping and Construction Progress Programs
Get a current aerial map of your land or job site that opens in Google Earth, plus a scheduled record of how construction is moving. These maps are documentation-grade, for planning and records.
Who it's for
- General contractors and builders: the Monthly Construction Progress Program (aerial + 360)
- Ranches and landowners: the Ranch Land Documentation Retainer (fences, roads, water, pasture and improvements)
- Land agents and anyone planning fences, roads, ponds or pads
What you get
- Lot Map (up to 10 acres): orthomosaic as GeoTIFF, PDF and Google Earth KMZ.
- Land Map (up to 20 acres base): orthomosaic plus an elevation model for visual reference.
- Construction Progress: a progress map, 15 fixed-position photos and a short video each visit. Add 360 walkthroughs for interiors.
Every map carries this statement: "Documentation-grade mapping. Not a survey. Not for boundary, legal, or design elevation use. Contact a Texas RPLS for survey work."

How it works
1. Scope: area, schedule and outputs.
2. Plan: airspace, weather and owner consent.
3. Capture: the same flight plan each visit.
4. Deliver: reviewed before delivery and shared only with you.
Who does the work
Every STWDS flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 remote pilot under the company's safety and capture standards. Founder Jimmie Hill, a licensed private pilot with about 12 years in offshore drilling and 10+ years in chemical plant operations, sets those standards. Your site rules, permits, JSAs and safety briefings come first.
Can I use this for property lines?
No. Boundary or legal work must come from a licensed Texas surveyor (RPLS).
How accurate is it?
It's built for visual documentation and planning, and we don't quote accuracy figures. If you need verified measurements, you need a licensed surveyor.
Do you shoot the same spots every visit?
Yes. Progress photos are taken from the same positions each visit so you can compare them.
Next step
Tell us your sites and how often you need them captured. A single visit is welcome too, and it sets the baseline for an ongoing program.
