Real Estate, Land and Ranch Aerial Photography and Video
Show buyers the house, the lot and what's around it. Acreage and ranch listings especially sell on aerials. For agents with steady listings and for ranches that want an up-to-date record, STWDS sets up repeat accounts and retainers.
Who it's for
- Listing agents with repeat listings
- Ranches and landowners: the Ranch Land Documentation Retainer
- Builders and developers
- Businesses that want aerial images of their property
What you get
- Aerial Stills: 15–25 edited, MLS-ready aerial photos.
- Stills + Video: the stills plus a 60–90 second edited video in horizontal and vertical cuts, delivered in 4K or HD.
- Land & Ranch: 30+ aerials with approximate boundary lines and a ~2 minute video, up to 50 acres.
- Add-ons: a late-day add-on (all flying ends by sunset), and extra lot or amenity shots.
- Pair it with a ground-level 360 Walkthrough.

How it works
1. Quote: property, package and date.
2. Plan: airspace, weather and the property owner's written consent.
3. Fly: preflight checklist and set shot list.
4. Deliver: reviewed before delivery and shared only with you.
Who does the work
Every STWDS flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 remote pilot under the company's safety and capture standards. Founder Jimmie Hill, a licensed private pilot with about 12 years in offshore drilling and 10+ years in chemical plant operations, sets those standards. Your site rules, permits, JSAs and safety briefings come first.
Are the boundary lines exact?
No. They are approximate and for marketing. For legal boundaries, use a licensed Texas surveyor.
How soon do I get photos?
We confirm the delivery time with your quote.
Can you fly near the airport?
Many Corpus Christi addresses sit in controlled airspace. STWDS requests FAA authorization (LAANC) before the flight. Some spots need a longer approval process, so book early.
Do you need the owner's permission?
Yes. We need the property owner's written consent, not just the listing agent's OK.
Next step
Tell us your sites and how often you need them captured. A single visit is welcome too, and it sets the baseline for an ongoing program.
